Private Sessions

Private training sessions give you the opportunity to work with a coach in a 1-1 capacity. Your session will see your coach give you their undivided attention for a full hour, dedicated to helping you improve your technique and training quality.

Whether you’re a beginner seeking additional support to get started, or a more advanced lifter seeking in-depth technical support, comprehensive 1-1 training, coupled with well-considered ongoing programming is premium to support you in your goals.

Personal training is suitable for complete beginners through to very advanced lifters.

For beginners, personal training offers the most comprehensive support. You’ll have the undivided attention of your coach throughout the entirety of your sessions. Your coach will help keep you accountable to showing up for your sessions consistently, and to ensure your training is always completed to a high standard.

For advanced lifers with audacious training goals, a one-on-one session with one of our coaches will help you really dial in your technique and best focus your efforts to ensure you are not missing a single opportunity for improvement. Private one on one sessions can be viewed as mentoring opportunities where you can pick the brain of your coach for the entire time that you’re together. We’ll dial in your technique, craft strategic long-term planning, and have you training in an environment that elevates you to bring your very best.

We often provide private sessions to:

  • Those who are more than a bit nervous coming in to a new gym environment, who would rather do so privately first,

  • Those who feel they need a little more accountability to get started,

  • Those who would like their lifting critiqued overall, to learn where they could be better focusing their attention and efforts,

  • Those who want to dial in a specific component of their technique with a specialty coach and

  • Those from out of town who would like to learn from one of our coaches while they’re visiting Melbourne.

Private training sessions are available on a recurring weekly/fortnightly basis, or as one off technical sessions.

Prices vary depending on coach and training frequency so please flick us a message to enquire.

For those taking recurring weekly personal training sessions, you will also gain a TSF coaching membership for you to be able to complete all of your training at TSF under the supervision of guided coaching.
