Online members have the flexibility to train from anywhere in the world.

Online coaching gives us the opportunity to deliver coaching to our remote team no matter where in the world they are.

Online coaching is growing in popularity as a means of viable and accessible coaching. With an online coach you can train where suits you, at the time of day that suits you and with the coach you really want to work with no matter the distance or time zones between you.

Our online coaching is an inclusive service of programming and technical coaching. You will have a formal check in with your coach once per week where all of your training from the preceding week is reviewed, technical feedback is provided and your training and focus points for the next week are prescribed. 

Importantly, our online coaching is a completely customised service.

With an online coach you can:

  • learn how to squat, bench press and deadlift safely and efficiently with correct technique

  • learn how to perform an array of other barbell, dumbbell and machine-based exercises

  • refine your existing technique

  • map out your whole annual training plan so that you’re always training with direction and intent

  • get ready for your first powerlifting competition (or your second, third or 10th)

  • for more advanced lifters you can take your training to new heights with technical improvements, programming and periodisation guided by an experienced coach

  • for newer lifters, you can build your confidence in the gym and under a barbell so you can walk into the gym environment with confidence and assertiveness.

I started at TSF after many years of traditional weight training.

I eventually grew frustrated with the impersonal and cookie cutter approach offered by other online strength programs so I followed a friend’s recommendation to sign up.

I was immediately welcomed by not just the coaches but the broader community of lifters there. The abundance of fist pumps, hugs, and daily check ins from our community will get you through the hardest of days, in and out of the gym.

TSF is an ever growing family with an array of coaches that can accomodate and help to improve  lifters of all skill levels. Whatever preconceived notions you might have about a powerlifting gym in a warehouse will be quickly overshadowed by the friendly and inviting coaches and community.
